I just started this year with Bagua here in Toronto and was fortunate enough to start with these Workshops given by Shizi Eric and Shizi Jan and have to say they make a HUGE difference.
I am new to this art but not to the internal arts. Even though the concepts and executions of this art are 'simple' it is not to be mistaken for 'easy'. These Workshops are great for breaking down the steps between the steps and really giving you a feeling for what you should be feeling.
As I've quickly learned (because of the Workshops) it is less 'learning' that I should be concerned about (at this stage) and more 'unlearning' of what I already know. That's the HUGE difference.

This class was great! It's helpful (and fun) to experience the material in a new way. Focusing on one or two principles in depth helps me rethink some of the things I hadn't quite understood before. Plenty of lightbulb moments - "So THAT's what you've been trying to tell me!"

Thanks Shizi Reynolds and Shizi Carstoniu for this workshop class. Looking forward to more!

Thanks so much Sandy. It is very gratifying that you are getting so much from the workshops. Especially since you come such a long distance. I will always do my best to make the experience valuable for each participant.

No problem, Daniel. We will be pleased to help you get started whenever you are able to make it. Also, I know you have signed up for the January 15 workshop so we will meet then.

Thanks,
Eric Reynolds

Hi all,

Having to drive in from Ottawa (4 hours) these workshops certainly are worth it. I have been known to and may again soon make the trip up in the morning and return the same evening.

It's wonderful to get a feeling of progress not only in myself but in others as well. I can't help but feel that these workshops, hand in hand with my daily practise, will help me make that little daily progress and gain the insights and skill to help me to accomplish my goal of being solid enough to continue to pursue my longer term goal at the Gompa of learning to qualify as an instructor. Even if not, seeing the results and feeling the differences and being able to reproduce lessons on my own, are more than worth it.

Thanks Shizi for sharing these seminars.-

Cheers

Hello Eric:

I have desperately been trying to come down, yesterday was the day i was hoping for but in my profession this is a busy time.
This workshop seems like an ideal start. You can sign me up and let me know how and when I need to pay.

Hope you are well,
